Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- If the product is in stock, your order will be dispatched immediately.
- During promotions or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery: between 5 and 15 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Timescales may vary depending on your location, public holidays or logistical delays beyond our control.
- All shipments are handled by trusted courier partners to ensure punctuality and safety at every stage of transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your destination and the weight of the parcel.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to monitor your parcel in real time
You can also log in to your Hi-Malaya account on our store to check the progress of your order at any time.
Non-Delivery or Delays
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of the dispatch date:
- Check your tracking information for any updates or delivery attempts.
- If there is no movement, contact us immediately at support.hi.malaya@gmail.com with your order number.
Our team will contact the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of a confirmed loss or service failure, we will send a free replacement shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or one that differs from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support.hi.malaya@gmail.com with clear photos of the parcel and its contents. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
